Outreach Events

March - May

Reaching out to the Sacramento community (schools, parents, districts, etc.) as well as welcoming new teachers to our training program has been one of our main priorities. Some events we participated at include:

  1. First parents' Family night - Arden Library

  2. ALEFE booth at Dyer-Kelly Elementary

  3. ALEFE booth at SALAM commmunity center

  4. First Teachers' information session - Rancho Cordova Library.

Annual Conferences

January - March

Because it takes a village to educate a child, we reached out to connect and network with strong partners in California educational village. It was a pleasure having a delegation in each of the following conferences:

1. SCALTC annual conference (Southern California Arabic Language Teachers Council)

2. CABE dual language immersion conference

3. CCSA Charter School conference
